Complaints Procedure

Our aim is to provide a first class standard of service to all our patients and do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied. However, if you ever feel that we have fallen short of this standard and that you have cause for complaint please contact a member of staff or Dr Cooper by:

Upon receipt of a complaint we will:

Deal with all complaints following the NHS or private complaints guidelines.

Treat all complaints seriously and investigate the matter fully.

We will endeavour to respond and sort your complaint out to your satisfaction as soon as possible.
